Even when all is well in paradise, all is not always well. After a tough couple of days of long-distance cruising and being pushed to its very limit in adverse conditions, our 296GTB was, to say the least, feeling a little tired. And fortunately, a quick phone call was all that was needed to right the ship.
On a whim, DS Luxury brought out a sinister replacement for the Ferrari in the form of the Maserati MC20, a revitalized image for a fabled brand deeply rooted in European racing heritage. With its butterfly doors and a driving experience that must be felt to be believed, the surprises of the MC20’s performance back-to-back with the Ferrari’s set the mood (and bar) high, and put out a true understanding of what it’s like to be a DS member.
