Insurance seems like laborious paperwork, but is critical for a successful reservation.

Your dedicated concierge will handle as much of the paperwork as possible on your behalf.

Insurance Process:

Step 1: Send your concierge a copy of your insurance card.

Step 2: We’ll complete the needed paperwork with your insurance provider on your behalf.

Step 3: If there are any adjustments needed we’ll prepare this with your insurance provider and have you call in to verify the changes.

Primary Driver Addition

If you don’t have a qualifying auto insurance policy but a friend or family member does, you may be able to add yourself as a primary driver to their policy.

Qualifying Insurance

Full-Coverage: To qualify your insurance must include comprehensive collision and liability coverage.

Rental Coverage: Your Insurance must provide rental coverage for the specific vehicle you’re looking to reserve.

Limits and Minimums: Your insurance must meet the minimum coverage amounts for the vehicle you reserve which start at $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000. Though some vehicles have higher minimums. You can see the minimum coverage for your vehicle on the website page.

Commercial Auto: Generally, commercial auto policies do not transfer to luxury rentals.

Short-Term Auto Insurance: The providers and policies of Short-Term Insurance tend to be low quality and do not qualify as adequate Insurance.
