DS Luxury partners with non-profit galas, corporate shareholder meetings, film and TV productions, music video shoots, etc.
WHAT IS A STATIC DISPLAY?
With static displays, your team will work with a dedicated concierge at DS Luxury to select the vehicle you would like.
DS Luxury will deliver the vehicle to your location, and will have a porter onsite the entire time to facilitate vehicle management.
Static Display contracts are intended for the vehicle to be used as a display and not to be driven by the client.
If you would like the vehicles to move during your reservation, whether it is for film shoots or rolling out on stage at a gala, please communicate with your concierge what the desired outcome is prior to your event so that the appropriate staffing can be made available and any insurance or liability issues can be resolved.
STATIC DISPLAY PRICING
Static displays are priced hourly, from the time the vehicle arrives on location to the time the vehicle returns to a DS Luxury Location, assuming the location is within 15 miles.
If the location is outside of a 15 mile radius, additional charges may be added.
As with standard rentals, an account hold is created.
A DS Luxury porter will accompany the vehicle for the duration of the reservation. Thus Static Display pricing represents the cost of the vehicle and the staffing.
Alternatively, you may be able to rent a vehicle and use it for your corporate purpose. This option increases your liability.
As with all other aspects of our rental processes, your dedicated concierge will help you navigate these decisions.
